Ingredients
- Salmon Fillet
- 2/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh organic strawberries, diced
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Make the strawberry sauce: Combine vinegar, sugar, and strawberries in a sauce pot. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent caramelization or until thickened. Remove from heat, transfer to bowl and let cool.
Salt and pepper your salmon to taste. Place the salmon skin side down on baking sheet or grill. Top with strawberry sauce. Grill or bake at 450o 8-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
