Ingredients
- 1 to 2 roma tomatoes
- Onion or scallion, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- 1 to 2 avocados
Instructions
Scoop out avocados and mix in all other ingredients.
Enjoy on a burrito burrito bowl (recipe here), salad, sandwich, wrap– just about anything!
Notes:
Avocados are best in the winter, but OK in moderation in the summer.
