Ingredients
- 1 head of fresh, raw cauliflower
- 4 TBSP grass fed butter
- 3 raw garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Chop up cauliflower into small florets. Boil (10-13 minutes) or steam cauliflower (25-30 minutes) until fork tender. Drain cauliflower and thoroughly pat dry.
Lightly crush and peel garlic cloves. Add butter, cauliflower, garlic, salt and red pepper.
Process for 1 minute or until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and serve warm.
