- Lettuce leaves, whole
- Cooked chicken or fish (leftover or canned salmon)
- Mustard
- Avocado slices
- sprouts or chopped greens
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Lay lettuce leaves on your plate, put a dollop of mustard on each leaf, top with chicken or fish, top that with a little slice of avocado, top that with sprouts or chopped salad greens, squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice over all and top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Roll up and enjoy your lunch as you relax.
