Ingredients
- A handful of fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup of walnuts
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 - 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup of EVOO (Olive Oil)
- * Opt. small amount of Pecorino or parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Place walnuts, garlic, and optional cheese in a food processor, process until finely chopped. Add fresh dill, lemon zest and juice, and salt. Process into a thick paste.
With the food processor running pour in the olive oil and process to desired consistency.
