Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and sliced (I like to use 1 granny smith and 1 fuji)
- 1 to 2 TBSP coconut oil (or butter)
- A drizzle of maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Flax seeds, slightly ground in a Nutribullet or coffee grinder (optional)
- Walnuts (optional)
- Handful of organic oats (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cinnamon, syrup and flax seeds with cut apples. Add walnuts and toss again.
If adding oats, top with handful of oats.
Top that with a pat of butter or coconut oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
