Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries or blueberries or other berry
- 8 oz of Brie, sliced
- 2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
- Organic sourdough bread slices
- butter or olive oil
Instructions
Lie a slice of brie on bottom pieces of bread. Press in the berries. Drizzle with vinegar. Place another slice of brie on top, top that with a slice of bread, press together. Grill on a warm pan with melted butter or olive oil til bread is toasted and brie is soft. Flipping the sandwich several times.
Let rest for a bit after it comes off the skillet, then slice and enjoy.
