
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dandelion leaves, chopped and loosely packed
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP lemon zest
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend til smooth. If it’s too thick add more lemon juice and/or olive oil.
