- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 cups black olives, pitted
- 1 cup green beans, chopped large
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh oregano
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- Sprig of mint or oregano for garnish
