Ingredients
- 1 ripe grapefruit
- Raw, local honey
Instructions
There are a few ways to prepare grapefruit to eat, the most important thing is that you remove the fleshy fruit pulp from the membrane and pith (which are bitter).
Option 1:
Cut the grapefruit in half and make a cut around the pulp, separating the flesh and peeling. Drizzle raw, local honey on the fruit, scoop out with a spoon and enjoy.
Option 2:
Peel the grapefruit as you would an orange. Remove each section of fruit from the membrane, place it in a bowl and drizzle with raw, local honey.
