Ingredients
- I cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup dried lentils
- 3/4 cup brown rice
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp sage
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-1/2 cups vegetable broth
- Coconut oil
Instructions
Coat a casserole dish with oil (I use coconut). Combine all ingredients, stir well, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
