Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain, grass fed, full fat yogurt
- 1 to 2 TB dried cherries and/or blueberries
- 1 to 2 tsp of chia seeds
- Toppings: honey, raw organic cacao nibs, cinnamon
Instructions
The night before you want to enjoy this morning treat: Mix the dried cherries and/or blueberries into the plain yogurt and add sprinkle in the chia seeds.
Refrigerate overnight and by the morning the fruit and chia seeds are soft and sweet and plump. Drizzle with a little honey, add some raw organic cacao nibs, and a sprinkle of cinnamon & enjoy!
