Ingredients
- Pesto of your choice, see link below for many different pesto recipes on this site
- 1 piece of sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 slice tomato
- Sliced black olives
Instructions
Spread the pesto on your toast, top with tomato and olives. Yum! This is great for any meal any time of year. In the picture I served it for dinner with asparagus. This is also great with a soup or salad.
