Well if you like ice cream summer is the time to have some—but eat it in the afternoon! And buy real ice cream with minimal ingredients. Currently the best store bought ice cream I can find is Haagan Das — as long as you stick to their cleaner flavors like vanilla, green tea, chocolate, etc.
