Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- Coconut Oil
- * Opt. spice blend of your liking -- I like vata churna with this one
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic clove (s) smashed/minced
- Fresh ground salt and pepper
- * Opt Baked potato
Instructions
Slice a head of cabbage in half, remove the core and slice/chop. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or pot, sprinkle with optional spice blend. Add the cabbage and sauté till soft Add the onion and garlic and cook on high heat until slightly browned adding a little fresh ground salt and pepper.
Serve over a baked potato or rice.
Notes:
This is amazingly delicious when made with local, in season cabbage!
