Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers (1 for smoothie plus additional one for garnish)
- 1 TBSP onion, minced
- 1 avocado, peeled
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 to 1 cup water — to desired consistency (I use about a 1/2 cup)
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
Put the avocado, 1 cucumber, onion, oil, lemon juice, vinegar and water in a nutri-bullet, blender, submersion blender or vitamix.
Puree on high speed until smooth.
Blend in salt, chili powder and remaining ingredients.
Serve, garnishing with extra cucumber cubes and paprika if desired.
